You can find the required volunteer release form here.

Location: Evanston Township High School,
South Parking Lot at Lake Street and Grey Avenue
Note: Volunteers must be at least 14 years old. Please wear closed toe shoes and dress for the weather. We will provide hard hats, safety glasses, tools and materials. Please bring a signed copy of the attached volunteer release form to the build day. An electronic copy of the volunteer release form can be found at wildkitconstruction.com.
